Team Viewer:

Use:
Connect any computer or server around the world in just few seconds.
Downloading Team Viewer:
Go to google.com and download Team Viewer.
Install Team Viewer click accept and finish.
Connecting Team Viewer:
Enter partner ID.
Connect to partner.
Enter partner password.
Click Log On to connect to partner.
Connecting to partner.
Now, we can operate our partner desktop.
We can click on close button to disconnect.
We can also transfer files by using file transfer.
Enter password and Log On to share files.
Select the files you want to send to your partners computer and click send button.
Now, we can see the file in our partners desktop.
Left side is my desktop and right side is partner desktop.
Partner is sending an image file and we can see .jpg file has received in to my system which has been send by partner.
Advantages:
Easy to use.
Desktop sharing software.
Can access data and applications at any time anywhere.
Disadvantages:
Cannot share huge files.
Does not work through proxy servers.
