Font file:
Contains one or more fonts that can be accessed by operating system and applications.

Check which fonts are available in your system:
Go to control panel.

Open fonts.

Can see different font styles.

How to download and add a new font file:

Open in google www.dafont.com 

Select font and download.

After downloading install it.

Now we can see in control panel obelix pro font is added to your fonts.

Now, open word and write text. 

Apply downloaded font style to your text.
